Production takes 2-3 weeks plus shipping time. We will make our best effort to meet this time line.
Once you place your order please email us and let us know. There maybe an extra fee associated with this request.
All damages need to be reported via email with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will then ship a new piece to you.
If this happens please info us within 2 days of delivery, Take some photos to verify the damaged goods and email us at hello@davidyamphotography.com
We'll send you replacement once it's been verfied at no cost.
If you want to cancel an order please contact us via email as soon as possible (within 3 hours). Once your order has been sent to production, we will not be able to accept cancellations or a refund. This is because all or prints are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. If the parcel was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the recipient has yet to receive it due to incorrect address, we won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order
